  • 1.1Your email and password will never be shared, but your bookmarks, tags, and account profile will be made available for public consumption under the Creative Commons Zero license.
  • 1.2You may delete your Foomark account at any time. Your personal data will be removed but your bookmarks and tags will be retained within Foomark.
  • 1.3You may export your bookmarks at any time.
  • 1.4Play nice. You agree not to use Foomark for any illegal, pornographic, defamatory, intimidatory or evil purpose. Anything we deem to be inappropriate or offensive will be removed without prior notice.
  • 1.5You must comply with local law and authority demands. You are solely responsible if you or your account violates any laws.

  • 2.2We reserve the right to ban anyone or deny Foomark access to anyone or any identity without prior notice.
  • 2.3Although we run nightly backups, we do not provide any warranty (expressed or implied) for data stored within our website.
  • 2.4We reserve the right to modify or terminate this service at any time without prior notice.
  • 2.5We reserve the right to sell or move ownership of Foomark and/or affiliate products to a third party without prior notice. That being said, we will try to give 7 days' notice before ownership is transferred.
